This report , published in 2018, sets out the proposal for a Community Wealth Fund – a radical proposal to invest dormant assets into deprived and ‘left behind’ communities across the UK. The report was created in collaboration with City of London, Lloyds Bank Foundation, CUF, Barrow Cadbury, PHF and NCVO. It was written by Dan Gregory.
